During the 2013 Spring floods, Emerald Remediation Solutions was on the scene working collaboratively with insurance companies and property owners to remediate the many basements and homes affected by the floods. We were also instrumental in restoring the Calgary Stampede grounds.

Water intrusion is one of the most common contributors to the need for asbestos removal. This kitchen had water damage in the walls and testing indicated that high risk asbestos abatement was required prior to repairs being performed.
Many residential, industrial and commercial buildings constructed prior to 1992 have construction materials that contain asbestos such as drywall compound, linoleum, insulation, VCT tiles or lathe & plaster walls.
