MOULD REMEDIATION
There are three basic stages to a mold remediation project:
Stage 1 – Identify and remedy the source of water and/or moisture.
Stage 2 – Protect all unaffected areas with an air chamber keeping it under negative air pressure* while managing the airflow in order to decrease the spores being released.
*The negative air machine scrubs the air clean using a HEPA (high efficiency particulate arrestor) filter which removes 97% of particles larger than 3 microns in size.
Stage 3 – Completely remove porous materials affected by the mold growth and physically remove the mould from the structure. Follow protocols to legally dispose of the materials.
